Past Year's Activities - Private Sightseeing Tours of Rome, Italy Conducted by Rome Personal Tour Guide

First, my deepest thanks to all the wonderful people I have been fortunate to meet in 2007, to all of you whose eyes opened wide in delight, to all of you who were moved to tears by Rome's incredible tourist attractions, to all of you who came and saw on a sightseeing tour of Rome and were conquered by the Eternal City's peerless beauty, to all of you who make my work as a personal tourist guide in Rome so fulfilling.

I was pleased and privileged to show the marvels of Rome, the Vatican and Tivoli on private guided walking, limo and minivan tours to first-time visitors and returnees; to couples, to groups of friends, colleagues, partners, and to families traveling with their children and grandchildren.

In 2004 Rome's fabled tourist attractions again drew visitors from every part of the world. As their personal tour guide, I led, on sightseeing tours of Rome, the Vatican and Tivoli (walking tours, limo and minivan tours), small groups and families from Australia, Canada, England, Mexico, Wales, India and Israel, and, of course, my fellow Americans from every part of the United States and American families working and residing in Europe.

Some of these visitors toured Rome in one day on shore excursions from the port of Civitavecchia, some toured Rome on pre-cruise visits and post-cruise extensions, or from their vacation rentals in Tuscany and Umbria for one special day tour of Rome, while some had time to savor the wonders of Rome, the Vatican and Tivoli for longer stays on a spiritual journey, during a business trip, or just for the sheer pleasure of sightseeing in Rome, a city that appeals to the mind and the heart, to the eyes and the soul.

Rome is a truly hospitable city; a city full of light and color; a city with an innate vivacity in which timeless beauty, art and history combine with moments from everyday life to create magic wherever you look.
